Refund Policy

If you have problems getting plugins to work, compatibility issues, or any other legitimate problems with one of my plugins and your site, I will be happy to provide a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase (if all conditions are met below).

After 30 days, no refunds will be given (unless I believe there is a legitimate reason).

Before a refund will be given, you must allow me to try and help solve any problems you have by opening a support ticket.

I stand behind all of my plugins and will assist you in solving pretty much any problems you have, but I also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why.  Every plugin has a full demo available which allows you to try all features of the plugin before purchasing, by purchasing I assume you have used the demo and understand everything that is included with the plugin, including the features, and capabilities.

  • Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide you do not want or need the plugin anymore.
  • Refunds will not be granted if the plugin does not have a specific custom feature you want.
    As an example, you want Plugin X to have X feature (which is not a current feature).  I do take requests for new features, and normally add them as I can, but the plugin not having this feature is not a legitimate reason for a refund.  All current features are listed on the product detail page, and if you have questions you can always contact me before purchasing.
  • Refunds will not be granted if you decide a plugin, theme, etc, other than mine does not meet your expectations.
  • Refunds will not be granted if you purchase the incorrect plugin and have already downloaded a copy of the plugin (or activated the license/api key).

If you accidentally purchase the incorrect plugin, and have not downloaded a copy of the plugin yet, or activated the license/api key, a full refund will be provided.

Please understand this is done to prevent abuse of the refund system, protect the integrity of the plugins, and to provide continued support, upgrades, and new features.  If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me prior to purchasing.

Let me put it this way, do you think you did everything you could have from your end to deserve a refund?
